Ultra Silent PC Case that Will Never Be Made | In Win's Unreleased Products
Sponsor: Thermaltake Tower 300 mATX Case on Amazon geni.us/WNABU4
Our last product video from Computex is at In Win, where we wanted to revisit the creative design center to see unreleased case designs, a new Infinite "Signature" series case, modular Lynx fans, and more. The main focus was on unreleased products, particularly the Silencer case with a foam panel for sound absorption. We also featured some of In Win's designers and product managers in discussions to learn more about the process.

The only reason ASUS is doing this is because they didn’t realize it was Steve from Gamers Nexus they were going to screw. Just like the Newegg debacle a while back with Steve. It’s sad that it takes an influencer threatening their image and sales revenue to get companies to change.

That exchange ending at 11:24 was AMAZING. He broke the ice and set the tone, explained simply his motives, what he wants and due respects that any of this should be productive and not taken as personal attacks especially as someone “lower” than a CEO. Well done. This was done so incredibly well.

Asus lost all my trust. If you cannot agree on a fact (1st question) under 30 seconds, idk how/why I should trust anything else they say. Maybe in 10-15 years I'll take a look but I don't believe a company this large can change this kind of fuckery under 5 years. I really hope they'll prove me wrong.

Motives aside, companies need to get better at clear communication. Customer experience and satisfaction are obviously important reasons, but the proliferation of scams online is another. We are at the point where consumers be able to expect companies with which we engage to give us confidence we are dealing with legitimate representatives of the company. The bar is higher now, not lower. Having typos in emails, ESL speakers communicating about tech, and even misspellings on LEMs ("Exchenge") gives scam vibes, and would discourage from engaging with those emails. Shameful.

I was researching handhelds and ran into the original video. That video made my choice to get a steam deck instead. When I was talking to a buddy about why I went with steam he said oh let me watch the video. He watched it, then I'm sure he warned his friends. That's how this works. I don't care for their apologies because I've already made my choice. 😅

@35:07 ......yeah, as Steve said if they answer "No" then why the hell would we believe ASUS cares about actual change? We wouldn't, because they aren't willing to state they made a mistake. The only way to say start saying sorry is to acknowledge that you did wrong. Peggy did better than her boss to qualify that the statement Steve said may be not true, as it was misleading. They should have just said "Yes, it was wrong" but better than a hard "No."

all big company as that internal hard like stone commiting to client but the ppl in charge need to push it ive work in a big comapny like that and they would enforce the internal stuff till the end (production line for example)from the top to bottom even pushing guys in the shipping for ultimate client support and quality was insane,,but we 99.9% where dealing not with like gamers just big company using our stuff so we would fix anything that was malfunction beside the warranty anything that had to be done to make the thing work was made on the spot no cost but we talking about client ordering hundreds nor 1000s of our stuff so making more $ thats why anything that alter the fonctionning even if it wasnt the probleme itself we fixed it free i bet theres a difference between clients ordering bunch of stuff and simple user imo if we had to fix a thing not realted to the problem to make the product optimal for somebody that just buy one or 2 thing in a years it eat the profit but if a comapny order 1000s and we fix side stuff on 30 product its still worth it .....u know ($$$$$ is COOOOOMPLICATED!!!!)
